Please review your order details, including size, design, and quantity, carefully before confirming. Due to our quick processing times, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect selections such as item type, size, or address.
If you realize there’s an error, you have a 6-hour window from order placement to cancel and reorder. For any questions before placing your order, feel free to contact us. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
Canceling Orders
You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placement. Requests made outside this timeframe may result in the order already being processed or shipped. A 10% cancellation fee will apply. To cancel, please email [email protected].
Return Window
You may return an item within 30 days of delivery. After this period, all orders are considered accepted, and refunds will no longer be available.
Eligible Conditions for Returns
- Damaged or defective items
- Incorrect design or product
- Size or material differs from order
- Incorrect product received
- Description does not match received item
Condition of Returned Items
- Must be in original condition and packaging
- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- Original tags must be intact
- Minor issues like stray threads are not eligible

- Proof of purchase

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which will not be deducted from the refund.
