Please note, our order cutoff time is based on (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time. Delivery may be delayed during busy seasons and promotional events.

We work with USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. The total estimated delivery time combines processing and shipping periods.

Tracking Your Package

Shipping Delays

If your order is not delivered within 45 calendar days, please contact us at [email protected] for a full refund. Contact us immediately if there are any unexpected delays; we aim to respond within 12 hours.

Undelivered Packages

If tracking shows the package as delivered but you cannot locate it, first check the delivery location thoroughly. Contact the shipping carrier for assistance. If the issue remains unresolved, email [email protected].

Incorrect Addresses

We cannot guarantee delivery to incomplete or incorrect addresses. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout and notify [email protected] immediately if there are any errors.

Duties & Taxes

Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. Encavy is not liable for customs fees if: 1) The package is rejected by the recipient, or 2) Delivery fails after multiple attempts. We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion without a guaranteed refund.
